Introduction to MSA Webinar
The presentation below, an Introduction to MSA, is the first in our webinar series on MSA. It is aimed at people living with MSA, especially those who have been recently diagnosed, carers, family members and friends. Health and Care Professionals may also find the webinar helpful as a starting to point to their learning.
This webinar is an Introduction to MSA and is presented by one of our MSA Nurse Specialists. We hope that it will answer people’s initial questions about MSA.
The webinar covers the following topics from our more comprehensive Guide to MSA:
- What is MSA?
- Who gets MSA?
- How a diagnosis is made
- Symptoms of MSA
- What support is available to you
If after watching the webinar you have further questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at support@msatrust.org.uk or call 0333 323 4591. Please note, that while we are not part of the National Health Service (NHS) or Health Service Executive (HSE) and do not have access to their database systems, we work closely with health and care professionals in these organisations.
You may also want to look at our Factsheets section on the website for further information on specific symptoms and topics about living with MSA.
