If you have access to a bike, then you can take on a cycling challenge in aid of the Trust. The great thing about cycling is that you can cover really impressive distances relatively easily and the UK is not only blessed with some of the best cycling routes in Europe there are hundreds of cycling rides and races you can participate in.

Ride London

The tropical island of Sri Lanka is a must-visit destination, with its vibrant and historically rich architecture and incredibly diverse scenery. This thrilling challenge takes us from Sri Lanka’s beautiful west coast, weaving inland over the central highlands, exploring tea plantations and beautiful landscapes, around Kandy and onto the principal port of Trincomalee. We will be soaking up the landmarks as we pass, including Dambulla Cave Temple a UNESCO World Heritage site. Our adventure concludes on the northeast coast, relaxing by the Indian Ocean. This is a challenging trip and not for the faint-hearted, but the stunning scenery, friendly people and rare insight into rural Sri Lankan life will not disappoint.
