Everybody who has a diagnosis of MSA faces the frustration of limited mobility, but despite this you will want to keep as independent as possible. This is really important to do.
However, you must do this as safely as possible – there are lots of mobility aids and equipment that can help with this, so do look at all the options and get advice from the Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist as to which equipment is right for you.
