St Clares Hospice Tyne and Wear

St Clare’s is a local Independent Charity, providing specialist palliative care to adults who live South of the Tyne. Services range from Day Care to In-patient Care. Physiotherapy, Complementary Therapies, Spiritual Care, Bereavement Counselling and a Lymphoedema Clinic are also provided.

Referrals are via Medical Professionals and GP’s, but Self Referrals will be considered. Transport help is also available.
