MSA Trust

Donate in Memory

Losing a loved one is always difficult, but contributing and fundraising for the Trust in memory of a loved one can be a positive way of commemorating their life. This also ensures our continued support for those still struggling with MSA. If you would like to make a donation in memory of your loved one, please use the form below. Select ‘Dedicate this donation’ to add their name and give the donation in their honour.

Many families find solace in creating an online MSA Tribute Page knowing that this will be a meaningful way to remember their loved ones while supporting the Trust as a charity close to their hearts.

You can easily open a free Tribute page. Its easy to set up, and you can personalise it with pictures, videos, stories and even timelines to mark milestones in your loves one’s life. Family and friends can leave messages of hope, light a virtual remembrance candle and add entries to an online journal to ensure that your loved one’s memories live on. It is the most cost effective way to give in memory to the Trust as funds get automatically transferred keeping administrative costs to a minimum.

Click the ‘create tribute’ button below to get started.

MSA is a rare condition and many families choose to raise awareness by asking attendees to wear our MSA ribbons, and distributes our information leaflets. Email Tanya at fundraising@msatrust.org.uk to have these posted.

After the collection

Please do not send cash in the post, instead bank the collection and raise us a cheque for the collected amount or donate it online. You can also request a pay-in slip to bank the cash, email fundraising@msatrust.org.uk

Please ensure cheques are payable to ‘MSA Trust’ and reach our London office – 51 St. Olav’s Court, Lower Road, London, SE16 2XB.

Thank you for thinking of us at this difficult time. Your donations will be gratefully received and used wisely.

MSA Candlelight

This is our memorial event for family and friends to remember loved ones lost to MSA and funds raised from it will be directed towards MSA research. Therefore, this will be an opportunity to bring the community together for a message of hope – that one day soon research into MSA will find its cause and cure. It is an afternoon of music, poems and discussion on MSA research that ends with lighting candles.

If you wish to attend the event when we next have it, please email fundraising@msatrust.org.uk

Dedication page

Visit our memorial dedication page called Light of Hope where you can upload a picture and short message in honour of your loved one. This creates a digital wall with all their pictures which is a lovely way to keep alive the memory of those sadly lost to MSA.

Donations are optional and will be used to support MSA research so that one day we can fulfil our vision of a world free of MSA.
