Having been an office volunteer for the Trust since 2017, Mandy joined the Information and Services Team in January 2020. Along with various admin duties, including ensuring people are registered with the Trust in good time, she also runs our Voice Banking programme.
Mandy is also involved in reviewing our information resources making sure the Trust continues to carry the PIF accreditation for trusted health information.Â
