The Multiple System Atrophy Trust is the UK and Ireland’s leading charity supporting people affected by multiple system atrophy (MSA) – a rare neurological disease with no known cause or cure.
We are here to support everyone affected by MSA including people diagnosed with MSA, carers, family members and friends, and healthcare professionals. We do this by offering a range of support services, free of charge, to our MSA community. You can find out about what we offer here.
