You will then receive a pack in the post with details of your nearest participating solicitors for you to contact. Write your Will, with your chosen solicitor, in the usual way.
Your solicitor will ask you to complete a form to enable you to participate in the MSA Trust’s Free Will offer and will forward that on your behalf, so that the Trust can pay for the service.
