    Hi Chris
Have you thought about using the other forum on Healthunlocked? there seems to be more people using that forum than this one, and the MSA Nurses still keep an eye on it.

Hope someone has some help for you.

Does anyone have experience of a through floor lift?
And can you recommend a company to fit & supply one in the Surrey area?
    Thanks,

    replying to Samantha re lift

We have had a through floor lift for 4 years and it has been amazing for us in our home. I think that the supply companies work throughout the country and use/recommend fitters in locations. Ours is a Pollock traction lift, many are hydraulic but each have their own pros/cons.We are in the North West.

When we first had it Geoff was still walking and did all the controls himself, but has been wheelchair bound for 2 1/2 years now and it enables him to live a normal routine of upstairs to bed and downstairs to live. Please feel free to contact me if necessary or to pass my details to the member who is asking. This is a bit hidden in this post so I guess not many will se it so if you want wider response then I would repost under a new subject and consider using the Healthunlocked forum which is more widely used
