Going into Hospital

There will be occasions when you will need to visit hospitals or other healthcare facilities. This might be for short or long-term care. As MSA is rare it can be helpful to have a supply of the Trust’s introductory leaflets and an MSA card so that people can understand the basics of the condition. These can be obtained from the Trust office by calling 0333 323 4591.

We have a factsheet on Going into Hospital which can help you prepare for your visit. We also have a ‘Hospital Information Folder’ available which is a place for you to store useful information about your condition. You can also request a copy of this from the Trust office.
