Hello,
I have just created a survey to gather feedback about the information folder we send out at the time of registration with us. We will be looking to update the folder in the next couple of months and it would really help us to get your feedback on the existing folder.

If you have received the folder from us and could spare five or ten minutes and would like to help us then please follow this link and complete the survey...

https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/msatrust001

If you have any difficulties accessing the link, or would like a paper version of the survey please contact Neil Hunter, Information and Support Manager, at neil.hunter@msatrust.org.uk

Thank you.

Sorry Neil, couldn't access the survey. We value our folder and use it to keep things together in one place.

Thank you for this. I am sorry you couldnt access it, for some reason (me being daft most likely) I put a closing date on the survey, so it closed! I have opened it up again :)

Hi there,

I guess either things have changed or only the person with MSA receives this folder? I am a relative (son) of someone with MSA (My mum). My father is her carer.

I did receive a welcome letter a 'FAQ' type MSA information booklet and three copies of the MSA Trust Newsletter. As a relative I found this extremely useful and the information booklet in particular helped answer some questions that I didn't even realise needed to be asked...

Most of the questions in the survey don't fit with what I received by post but what I did receive was useful. Hope that helps.
